July 29th: NYC Comedian Debbie Nigro joins me on air to talk some no-nonsense spirituality. She’s real and down-to-earth – my kind of gal! Debbie is a veteran radio personality and has a long and impressive resume. She’s a founding partner of FirstWivesWorld.com and a consultant to the Producers of the upcoming Broadway musical “The First Wives Club”. She’s also the owner of www.StillABabe.com, a humor-based site geared toward the 40+ woman.
August 5th: Chris Amodeo’s journey began collectively two and a half years ago, when some friends were putting up a poignant fight to save their young son, Christopher, who had an inoperable brain tumor. His dad, Ed, a guitar teacher, had donated a guitar to a fundraiser for his son and for some reason, Chris bid on it. He didn’t even play at the time. He was just drawn to it.
August 12th: Laverne Stewart, CTV News veteran and author of “Angels and the AfterLife”. Laverne has been putting thoughts to paper as long as she has been able to hold a pencil. She knew in high school that a writing career was her life’s ambition. After a year as a radio news anchor she made the move to television. She spent 11 years with CTV in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, Canada. She made the leap to print media in 1999 she wrote newspaper articles for six years before she took on good-news stories as a feature writer. When she isn’t writing for The Daily Gleaner she is does so at her home. She has written the soon-to-be published book Angels and The Afterlife.When she is not writing about angels and spirit guides, she is spending time with them. She is always looking for signs of their presence. She listens carefully so she can hear them whispering to her. The more she makes an effort to connect with them the closer they come to her and the more they are able to help her in all areas of her life.
“I have always been spiritual. When I was a kid I would wander into temples and churches and sit in the presence of those at worship. It didn’t matter what the religion was I always felt God there. I believe God calls us to worship but it is up to us how we choose to do so. A close connection to the Creator is very important to me. What I have come to understand in the research and writing of Angels and The Afterlife is that God accepts us where we are and how we choose to come to him. Each journey is valid; which vehicle we take to get to the final destination is up to us. We are all souls having an earthly experience. Our journeys may lead us slowly down rough pathways or we may find the trip smooth and easy on super highways. August 19th: Eric Rankin’s novel “The Aquarians” is currently Amazon.com’s highest-rated book (fiction or non-fiction) regarding the subject of 2012. Focusing his attention on the positive aspects of “the shift,” Eric weaves a tale of love, hope and the idea that the dawning Age of Aquarius represents the era of enlightenment that so many cultures and religions have predicted.
For Eric, writing a novel that would not be too “airy-fairy” for mainstream readers or too conventional for an enlightened audience proved to be a challenging task. September 2nd: Treva Etienne is an established Stage, Television and film actor who was born in London England. His US filmography includes ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’, ‘Bad Boys II’, ‘Black Hawk Down’ , ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ and ‘Terminator Salvation’ . His well received role on the hit show ‘24? adds to his wealth of television credits including ‘Criminal Minds’, ‘Medium’, ‘Charmed’, ‘Angel’, ‘Threat Matrix’and the NBC series The Philanthropist.Although Treva has enjoyed much success in the material sense, he is VERY real, down-to-earth and highly spiritual. September 9th: Marie is a best-selling author, screenwriter, researcher, radio show host and public speaker. September 23rd: Mick Quinn is the best selling author of the major work on soul consciousness development, The Uncommon Path.
